James founded HealthcAIR with a clear focus on independent assurance, technical integrity, and patient-critical environments. With extensive experience across NHS acute, critical care, and specialist facilities, James brings a calm, methodical, and standards- driven approach to every project.

As an Authorised Person (HVAC), he is deeply involved in ventilation validation, compliance verification, and advisory support, ensuring systems perform as intended and align with HTM 03-01 and associated guidance. James is known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and practical recommendations that genuinely support estates teams and clinical safety.

Mike has been with HealthcAIR since the very beginning and has worked closely with James for many years prior to the company’s formation. As second-in-command, he plays a pivotal role in both technical delivery and day-to-day operations.

Highly respected for his depth of knowledge and consistency, Mike brings a steady, solutions-focused mindset to complex validation and verification work. His experience across a wide range of healthcare ventilation systems makes him a trusted presence on site, valued by clients for his reliability, professionalism, and ability to see issues through from identification to resolution.

Lewis is a dedicated and conscientious Junior Validation Engineer who supports the delivery of ventilation testing, cleanroom verification, and compliance activities. He approaches his work with enthusiasm, precision, and a strong willingness to learn, ensuring tasks are carried out thoroughly and in line with established procedures.

Lewis is developing rapidly within the role and is valued for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and supportive presence on site. He plays an important part in maintaining HealthcAIR’s high standards while building his technical expertise within critical environments.

Lisa oversees the operational and administrative backbone of HealthcAIR, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. From client coordination and scheduling through to staff support and compliance administration, she brings organisation, clarity, and professionalism to every aspect of the role.

As Head of Human Resources, Lisa plays a key part in supporting the team, maintaining structure, and fostering a positive working environment. Her calm, efficient approach helps ensure both clients and staff experience a well-managed, responsive, and dependable service.
