BMS strategy to be tested and proved to be operating correctly, Testing and inspection of the operation of all smoke / fire dampers, Air permeability testing, Ductwork cleaning reports and ductwork pressure testing and any other associated documentation against design intent and regulatory requirements.
First fix inspections can be undertaken to identify and address potential issues early, reducing rework and supporting a successful final validation.
